About Chef Tony
Chef Antonio was born in Mola di Bari, Italy. He started his craft at 7 years old, peeling potatoes at his Uncle's restaurant. He later went on to open an Italian restaurant in the suburbs of Chicago (Hoffman Estates)- Amore Mio. For 20 years he and his parents served up classic Italian faire with a sprinkle of flare. Just a few years later he and his family found themselves in a small town in East TN. From a young boy he had dreams of owning a restaurant in a historic district. His dreams are coming true at Little Town Italian.
